Foodstuffs: Bagels
It's not my first time making bagels, but I had a meeting with my team lead and they mentioned onion ranch flavored bagels... I didn't go with it but maybe I should have...
I forgot which bagel recipe this followed but it's pretty much your standard bagel recipe I think?





Note to self, don't use wax paper as a replacement for parchment paper. Oof. No wonder it sticks to the food because the wax melts and fuses to the food.

Could've used some more browning maybe. And it got pretty hard not too longer after too. I wonder how stores keep that fresh soft taste.
