Foodstuffs: Japanese Milk Bread
Original recipe: https://www.carolinescooking.com/japanese-milk-bread/
Do you ever run into the problem where you have a bunch of milk in the fridge and you're running out of things to do with it? Well I have a solution that doesn't really help since it uses less than a cup of that stuff... but hey it tastes good.
Following the recipe linked, you get your standard dough stuff after mixing some things together.

Then you divide it out, make rolls, move it over to your bakeware, then let it rise again...

Once it's starting to look like uncooked bread, get that preheated oven ready and soon you'll get...

Mm, bread. The tops deflated a bit more than I wanted but I would definitely try this again.
